Presentation of a paper entitled "Problems Facing Real Estate Development through Private Sector in Nepal" and participation by 7 members from NLHDA to a program named "Participation of Private Sector in Real Estate Development" on Asad 11, 2052 B.S.

Recommendation submitted to Urban Development Department regarding construction of apartment housing on Jestha 3, 2052 B.S.

Organization of a Real Estate Fair in collaboration with Employment Publications between 18 and 20 Asad, 2052 B.S.

Submission of suggestion to Ministry of Housing and Physical Planning regarding implementation of National Housing Policy.

Recommendations, problems and activities of NLHDA were made uptodate to the then Minister of Housing and Physical Planning on Mangsir 5, 2050 B.S.

Several discussions were held with joint secretary, secretary of the ministry and member secretary of Kathmandu Valley Town Development Committee regarding land and housing development

President and Vice-President's participation in a television program called "EK Aapas" and broadcasting of the association's members' interview through another television program named "Artha ko Artha".

The then First Vice-President Dil Bikas Rajbhandari participated in HABITAT II Conference between 19 and 22 November 1995 organized in Dubai.

Acquired membership of International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) in 1997.

 Organized different programs whilst FIABCI's General Secretary Mr Andrew Irvine visited Nepal on 16th and 17th January 1997.

Organized a press conference and a meeting held with the then minister of housing and physical planning whilst FIABCI's Deputy World President Mr Dato Alan Kok Mau Tong visited Nepal from 10th to 13th May, 1998.
